Weather Channel picks BBC Earth original

Back2Back’s The World’s Deadliest Weather

NEWS BRIEF: The Weather Channel has pre-bought the fourth season of BBC Earth science series The World’s Deadliest Weather, produced by Brighton, UK-based Back2Back Productions.

Production funding and distribution agency Drive secured the pre-sale for the 13×60’ fourth run after previously selling S3 to the US cablenet. S4 was ordered by BBC Studios acquisition manager Richard Acton for BBC Earth to air across the Nordics, Africa and Asia later this year.
