Kino Polska signs for Disney movies, series

The deal includes the first three seasons of The X-Files

SPI International-owned Polish broadcaster Kino Polska has agreed a content deal with The Walt Disney Company to bring movies and TV series to its channels.

The content, including the first three seasons of The X-Files and films such as Black Swan and Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan, will air on channels such as Stopklatka, Zoom TV and Kino TV in Poland.

“Our partnership with The Walt Disney Company reflects our commitment to delivering highly demanded, top-quality content in all genres to our audiences in Poland,” said Magdalena Blasiak, acquisitions director at SPI International.
