Film.UA spreads Love in Chains in Europe

Love in Chains first aired on Ukraine’s STB

Prima in the Czech Republic and Spain’s Mediaset have picked up period drama Love in Chains from Ukraine’s Film.UA Distribution.

Love in Chains first launched on STB in Ukraine, where a third season is due to premiere in 2021, produced by Film.UA.

Since its Ukrainian launch, the drama has been sold internationally to TVP1 in Poland, Russia’s Rossiya 1, Lithuania’s LNK and Channel 7 in Kazakhstan. The first two seasons are also available on Amazon Prime Video.

AK Company, Prima and Mediaset acquired Love in Chains during MipTV Online.

Film.UA recently hired Kyiv Media Week chief Victoria Yarmoshchuk as its first overall CEO.
