Big Rights, Dazzler to shop Chernobyl titles

Ivory Films’ Chernobyl documentary Azure Dust

Spanish distributor Big Rights and Dazzler Media in the UK have both picked up content about the Chernobyl nuclear disaster from content company Media Group Ukraine (MGU).

Big Rights has acquired rights to the documentary Azure Dust, produced by Ivory Films, which has been dubbed into Spanish for the local market.

Dazzler has picked up Fresh Production Group’s drama series Black Flower and is set to dub it into English for distribution in the UK and internationally.

Both shows are currently available on Amazon Prime.

Iryna Chernyak, director of sales at MGU, said: “It is our first entry into the Western European market, where they highly value quality content. Furthermore, it should be noted that the topic of the Chernobyl disaster still arouses worldwide interest.”
