Arrow behind Disney+ documentary ‘Animal Kingdom’
The behind-the-scenes programme was commissioned for Disney+ by National Geographic and will give viewers an inside look at the operation of two famous theme parks – Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Epcot’s The Seas – and the animals that live there.
The London-based indie Arrow Media has established a reputation for its factual content, including historical docs such as Searching For Cleopatra and its hard-hitting Mind Of A Monster strand.
Tom Brisley, creative director for Arrow Media, said: “This is the first direct commission for National Geographic from Disney+ and we are thrilled to be making it. Arrow Media is proud to be granted the first full behind-the-scenes access to see the incredible work that takes place at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park.”
